          Have been at each others throats for so long

            Nobody’s right when everybody’s wrong

              There’s so much – we don’t know

                And so many – who say they do

                  Racists, Theologians, Pundits, & Bigots

                    Unaware partners

                      Useful idiots

Lets study history books

  Back to poison seeds

    Written when so few could read

      What is the purpose

        Bleating stories so old

          Keep mankind apart

            Under control

              We’ve got to be humbled

                Like never before

                  But the Nightmare Factory

                    Just wants a war

                      There’s so much – we don’t know

                        So many who say they do

                          Racists, Theologians, Pundits, & Bigots

                            Unaware partners

                              Useful idiots

The Age of Reason

   Ended with trials for treason

      And we all wanna believe

         During the holiday season

            Don’t ask questions – don’t ask why

               Keep faith blind

                  And simply awry

                    While the nightmare factory

                       Goes at it again and again
